Agilent E5515C (8960 Series 10) Wireless Communications Test Set Specifications
The Agilent E5515C hardware platform for the 8960 Series 10 wireless communication test set offers mobile manufacturers and wireless device developers immediate competitive advantages. The proven 8960 test applications, developed for high-volume, automated mobile phone manufacturing test, offer speed, accuracy, repeatability, and ease of programming, all on the format-flexible E5515C architecture. For the mobile manufacturer, this translates into lower test costs and higher production output to help meet customer demand for phones now and into the future.
The only bench top test set hardware platform with performance for mobile device test across the entire lifecycle – from design through integration/validation, conformance, manufacturing and repair.
The high performance E5515C is the hardware platform for the 8960 wireless communications test set family. Combining the E5515C with software from the 8960 family of embedded software applications creates a cellular network emulator for testing mobile device RF, baseband and IP data traffic flows.
Testing can be done via call processing or test mode control and provides: • Industry’s most accurate, repeatable standards-compliant RF and baseband measurements • Stable performance for end-to-end high speed IP data throughput testing • Industry leading accuracy, reliability and measurement speed

The WCA200A Series Wireless Communications Analyzers were developed for designers and manufacturers of wireless communications devices. The WCA200A Series can selectively trigger on frequency domain events that no other instrument can trigger on, they can capture a seamless record of time synchronized RF or base band signal into memory and they can analyze this data. This analysis includes correlating multiple domains, which allows developers to observe system interactions and behaviors, ensure proper operation and rapidly troubleshoot problems with a simple test set up.

W-CDMA Compressed Mode – The WCA200A Series, with its unique ability to analyze W-CDMA compressed mode, allows engineers to quickly and easily monitor their device during the complex handover process between W-CDMA and GSM.
